Deep Learning Chess Engine

A native C++ chess engine combining alpha-beta search with an NNUE neural evaluator trained in PyTorch.

Built from scratch with legal move generation, make/unmake logic, FEN, and UCI support.

A custom ML pipeline trains the 45K-feature network on 50M labeled positions and exports the learned model for fast, dependency-free C++ inference.
